How to book with us?
Booking your parking space is simple. Follow these instructions and make your holiday a little greener:
- On the left of your screen you’ll see a quote engine. Please enter the following information:
- Airport or port (we also sell parking at Folkestone and Dover) you are travelling to/from
- Your departure date
- Time you expect to arrive at the car park. Or, if you opt for the Meet & Greet valet parking service, the time you expect to arrive at the airport terminal.
- Return date of your flight
- Time of arrival for return flight
- A list of available car parks will be displayed. You can find out the details of each car park by clicking ‘more information’.
- Select which car park you want to use.
- Enter the following information:
- Your name, address and contact details
- Vehicle details
- Flight details
- You will be asked for your credit/debit card details to complete the booking process.
You’ll receive an online booking confirmation at the end of the process, as well as an email confirmation providing directions to the car park and relevant arrival instructions.
We have a customer friendly cancellation and amendment policy:
- Most bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 24 hours before your day of departure.
- For some products bought at discounted rates you will not be allowed to cancel or amend your booking. These are clearly marked, and often referred to as Advance Purchase or Supersaver products.
